Cockles with garlic

These shellfish are exclusively harvested from the Rías Baixas, the coastal region of Galicia renowned worldwide for the richness of its seafood and fish.

The cockles are purified in seawater pools and then cooked, sorted by size, and manually packed into each can.

They are accompanied by a homemade garlic sauce, finished with a touch of spicy chili, making this canned delicacy the perfect appetizer.
